Queerness is everywhere, and yet it is nowhere. For decades, centuries, queer people and queer culture has been suppressed, destroyed and hidden. That is why this issue is so important. Even though Toil & Trouble are small, this issue includes big voices. We are here to tell the world that we are queer, here and proud. Not just for one month of the year, but all year round! This issue celebrates queer joy, love, pain and so much more. Some of these works simply celebrate the queer people who created them!
